The second Andorra Taste will also reward the professional trajectory of the chef who elevated Peru's popular cuisine to international gastronomy, Gastón Acurio.
Taking up the torch from French chef Michel Bras, at Andorra Taste Acurio will be taking an award showcasing Peruvian produce and the value it has added to traditional cuisine in his country, acknowledging his work as one of the main promoters of Peru's gastronomy on the international stage.
