Produce is the criterion on which all kinds of cuisine are based.
Chefs are well aware that it is impossible to produce first-class cuisine without top-quality ingredients. That is why Odetti Bistró wishes to pay tribute to produce, which is the basis of any gastronomic creation.
The theme chosen for their talk is a local product, lamb reared by breeders in Andorra, which they use to produce leg of lamb at low temperature, with chestnut purée.
